Bullying Report Form

 It could be bullying if:

1. The person is being hurt, harmed or humiliated with words or behavior.
2. The behavior is repeated and frequent.
3. It is being done intentionally.
4. The person being hurt has a hard time defending themselves from the behavior.
5. The student(s) who are doing it blame the target person.
