To order pictures:

1. Print out the order form.

2. Click on the activity that you would like to view the pictures of.

3. Select the pictures that you want to order and write down the picture number on your order form.

4. Fill in the order form completely. Include your name, addres, phone number, and email address if applicable. This is for information purposes only in case there is a mixup with your order.

5. Send the order form and payment (make checks payable to North Nodaway) to school with your student or mail it to:

6. You may also email your picture choices to kwilmes@nnr6.org and send your payment (make checks payable to North Nodaway)separately. Your pictures will not be processed until your payment has been received.

7. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery.
